Workshops
We provide customized parenting and teacher workshops for families and educators supporting middle and high school-aged youth. Workshops are tailored to the specific needs and concerns of each school, parent group, or educational community and address topics related to adolescent development, behavior, mental health, and overall well-being. Common areas of concern may include anxiety and stress, emotional regulation, social relationships and peer pressure, communication, academic challenges, motivation, technology and social media use, behavioral concerns, and navigating the increased independence of adolescence. Workshops may also provide parents and teachers with practical strategies for recognizing concerns, responding effectively, and supporting youth through these developmental challenges. Sessions are led by qualified professionals with expertise in the selected topic, providing practical, evidence-informed strategies and resources that parents and educators can apply in their everyday interactions with youth.
